Main advantages
For a cabin of this size, 6 quartz heaters provide the best results!!!
Carbon heaters are used to heat rooms. They do not serve their intended function in infrared saunas – they only raise the temperature and are used to reduce the cost of sauna production.
Infrared sauna uses infrared radiation, which makes up approximately 40% of the total solar radiation that reaches the Earth. This light radiation, known as infrared radiation, helps prevent disorders in the development of the skeletal system, provides a feeling of internal warmth, and stimulates biological processes in the human body necessary to maintain homeostasis – in other words, physical and mental balance. The effectiveness of therapy is enhanced by lipolysis – the breakdown of fat tissue complexes through the decomposition of triglycerides and lipids, which effectively fights cellulite and firms the body.
The heat inside the IR cabin is directed straight to the body. Only 20% of the energy heats the air inside the cabin. The warmth is identical to that produced by the human body and similar to sunlight – without harmful UV radiation.
Why infrared?
The infrared heat cabin (IR) is often confused with a traditional sauna. Both use heat to regenerate and detoxify the body, but that’s where the similarities end. The traditional sauna has health benefits, while the infrared cabin offers therapeutic effects with wide applications in rehabilitation.

People using infrared saunas frequently experience:
- lowered blood pressure
- reduced joint stiffness
- weight loss
- reduced blood sugar levels
- increased blood circulation
- reduced cholesterol levels
- lower triglyceride levels
- relief from muscle cramps
- pain reduction
- increased collagen tissue flexibility
Infrared sauna sessions support:
- reducing inflammation and swelling
- treating acne, eczema, cuts
- accelerating wound healing with fewer scars
- improving skin tone and elasticity
- breaking down cellulite
- strengthening the immune system
- reducing the risk of injury when used as a warm-up before stretching or exercising

The ionizer removes dust, bacteria, and mites from the air. It is essential for people with dust allergies or respiratory conditions. It supports traditional treatments for respiratory diseases, including asthma. Ion-rich air (negative ions) is typically found in coniferous forests and around brine graduation towers. These ions improve well-being, reduce fatigue, enhance rest, increase focus, and aid in learning. The ionizer also has an ozone function (converts O₂ to O₃).
Chromotherapy – free of charge!
Colors are a powerful tool in the treatment of a wide range of ailments – from minor discomforts like headaches and fatigue to chronic conditions. It restores balance and reactivates energy throughout the body. Scientific studies show that colored light can significantly improve the body’s resistance and healing abilities. According to the latest research, the skin can absorb colored light and transmit its vibrations deeper into the body. These vibrations stimulate the body’s immune and regenerative forces, reducing symptoms and preventing their causes.
The success of chromotherapy can be explained in a simple way: illness is the result of a lack of certain frequencies (vibrations) in the cells of one or more organs. These frequencies correspond to the colors of the visible spectrum. By exposing the body to the missing color frequencies, the deficit is balanced, and the affected organ’s function improves.
