Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below are our policies regarding returns and exchanges:

  1. General Return and Exchange Policy:
  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made back onto the credit card or bank account used to place the order. The product should be unused and not unpacked.
  • Hot Tubs may be returned but can only be moved by our staff, and all costs incurred will be deducted from the purchase cost.

 

  1. Specific Return Instructions for Certain Products:
  •      Shower cabins, shower doors, shower screens, shower trays, and similar items must be sent to our specified returns address. The product will undergo an inspection, and if it is found to be in its original packaging, unopened, with the security seals intact, the refund will be approved.
  • If the inspection indicates that the product is not in its original packaging, the return or refund will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  1. Buyer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping Charges:
  • For all returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Please include your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number, and details of the exchange or refund request. Once we receive the returned item back in the warehouse, we will handle the rest and send confirmation via email.

  1. Cancellation Fee:
  • If the customer withdraws from the sale agreement after 2 weeks from placing the deposit, 20% of the deposit will be deducted, and 80% of the deposit amount will be returned to the customer’s credit card or bank account within 10 business days from the withdrawal date.
