SAUNA INFRARED uses infrared radiation, which constitutes approx. 40% of the total solar radiation reaching Earth. The light radiation, known as INFRA RADIATION, prevents disorders in the development of the skeletal system, gives a sense of internal warmth, stimulates biological processes in the human body necessary to maintain homeostasis, psychophysical balance, or simply health.
