The interior of the sauna should be treated with paraffin oil intended for saunas, which makes cleaning easier and may additionally extend the durability of the wood.

Entering the sauna:
Begin the session by entering the sauna, where air temperature reaches high levels. The recommended session time is up to 15 minutes.
Cooling down:
After 15 minutes, leave the sauna and cool the body with a short, cooler shower.
Rest:

Repeat the cycle:

End of session:
