The NEOS Finnish sauna offers a classic dry sauna experience with temperatures ranging from 60°C to 85°C and low humidity levels of 5–15%. This environment promotes intensive sweating, supporting detoxification, improved circulation, and skin revitalisation.
The sauna is powered by the HARVIA VEGA BC35 stove, which heats sauna stones efficiently to deliver fast warm-up times and even heat distribution. The interior is finished with comfortable benches made of Canadian fir, a wood valued for its durability and suitability for sauna conditions.
Large tempered glass elements at the front of the cabin enhance the sense of space while maintaining safety and resistance to high temperatures.
The sauna features LED chromotherapy lighting running along the full width of the backrest area. Adjustable colour lighting (7 colours) supports relaxation, mental balance, and regeneration.
A built-in Bluetooth module with speakers allows easy connection to mobile devices, enabling you to enjoy music or ambient sounds during each sauna session. Two large Himalayan salt panels create a unique visual effect and support respiratory comfort and skin condition.

Enter the sauna and stay inside for up to 15 minutes
Exit and cool the body with a cooler shower
Rest and relax for a few minutes
Repeat the cycle 2–3 times
After the final session, rinse with lukewarm water and rest for 15–20 minutes
