Recommended Sauna Use Procedure

Sauna entry:
Begin the session by entering the sauna. It is recommended that a single session not exceed 15 minutes.

Cooling down:
After 15 minutes, leave the sauna and cool the body with a short cool shower.

Rest:
After cooling down, relax and allow the body to recover.

Repeat cycle:
For a full sauna session, repeat the cycle two or three times.

Session end:
After the final cycle, rinse the body with lukewarm water and dry off with a towel.

Post-session rest:
After the session, it is recommended to rest for 15–20 minutes to allow the body to stabilise.

Proper hydration is essential, especially with regular sauna use. During sauna sessions, the body loses a significant amount of fluids through sweating, so drinking water regularly helps prevent dehydration.
