1. Entering the sauna: We start the session by entering the sauna, where the air temperature reaches high values. It is recommended that the time spent in the sauna during one session does not exceed 15 minutes. This is enough time to stimulate the cleansing and relaxation processes.
2. Exit and cooling down: After 15 minutes, we leave the sauna to cool down the body. For this purpose, it is worth taking a short shower at a cooler temperature, which will help lower our body from the temperature of the sauna.
3. Rest: After cooling down, it is worth calming down and resting for a while. We can lie down on a couch or sit in a quiet place, giving our body time to regenerate.
4. Repeating the cycle: To obtain a complete sauna session, repeat the cycle two or three times. We leave the sauna for a while, cool down with a shower, rest and repeat the process.
5. End of the session: After completing the last cycle, leave the sauna and rinse the body with water at moderate temperature. Then we dry ourselves with a towel.
6. Rest after the session: After the session, it is recommended to lie down for about 15-20 minutes so that the body can calm down and adapt to normal temperature.
