The HGD steam generator by Harvia was developed based on customer feedback for home and spa use. Its design focuses on reliability, easy maintenance, user-friendliness, and most importantly, a relaxing steam sauna experience.
The HGD generator features a solid structure and high-quality finish. All main components are interchangeable, including heating elements, circuit boards, relays, inlet and outlet valves, and the aroma pump. Durable material choices—such as the stainless steel exterior—ensure long-lasting use and effortless cleaning.
Equipped with new titanium heating elements, the generator is built to withstand demanding spa conditions. Improved electronic control components make the HGD the perfect centerpiece of your wellness space. Key wear-prone elements are separated from the main system for easier and more cost-effective servicing.
Easy maintenance was a core principle in the HGD’s design. A dedicated service hatch allows for convenient access to internal components. Maintenance can be carried out safely and easily, even without an electrician, including cleaning the tank and measuring system.
Updated electronics allow the HGD steam generators to be linked in series, enabling control of large spa complexes via a single touch panel. Remote start-up is also possible via building automation systems.
